CHESTER, Pa. -- All lanes are back open on I-95 South after a crash near Route 320 in Chester, Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania State Police tell Action News the accident happened at 4:30 a.m. Thursday.
Two vehicles collided, blocking all southbound lanes.
There was no immediate word on the number or extent of injuries.
Tow trucks arrived on the scene and cleared the wreckage.
All southbound lanes were back open by 6:15 a.m.
