High winds helped fan a fire in Lehigh County that badly damaged a house.
The blaze broke out Monday morning at about two on the 8000 block of Orchard Lane in Lower Milford.
Several companies were called in to help put out the fire.
The harsh temperatures froze pumps and put some of the fire engines out of commission.
It took more than an hour to gain control of the blaze. There are no reports of injuries.
Investigators are looking for the cause.
