Herbie Hancock's Grammy-winning album has seen a huge sales spike since it captured the top album at the event a week ago Sunday.
Nielsen SoundScan reports "River: The Joni Letters" posted an almost incomprehensible 967-percent increase.
Sales last week were 54,000 -- which should give you an idea just how few copies had been sold before the Grammy win.
Also showing a Grammy-related spike are albums by Kanye West, Amy Winehouse and Foo Fighters.
