No problems with a higher authority

Yankees manager Joe Girardi might argue with the ump.

But he has no beef with another high authority -- the pope.

The team's schedule had to be changed to make room for Pope Benedict's Mass at Yankee Stadium Sunday.

But Girardi isn't complaining.

He says "who's going to argue with the pope?

No, not me."

The Yanks will now play 18 of 20 games on the road.

Benedict will be the third pope to celebrate Mass at Yankee Stadium, following Pope Paul in 1965 and Pope John Paul in 1979.
