Police say a 7 year old girl and a boy about 9 years old were both shot in the arm. They were taken to Temple University Hospital. Both are listed in stable condition.
Police are investigating where the shots came from.
Neighbors tell Action News that the area has been in the middle of a long-running fight over drug turf, and a man in his 20's had been shot nearby Thursday night.
