Husband charged in Talleyville murder

TALLEYVILLE, Del. (AP) - May 18, 2008 Gloucester Township Police arrested 30-year-old Rick Wiley around 1 a.m. Sunday after New Castle County Police alerted them that he could be in the area. Police say Wiley was driving his wife's Dodge Durango, but they did not identify a woman who was in the SUV with him.

Police say once Wiley is extradited to Delaware, he will be charged with first-degree murder and theft of a motor vehicle.

A relative found 44-year-old Karin Clayton dead at her home in the 100 block of Cleveland Avenue around 10 a.m. Saturday. Details about her death were not released pending an investigation by the state medical examiner.
