According to federal prosecutors, Frank Keys Junior had more than a-half pound of heroin in the adult diaper he was wearing.
Keys was pulled over in a traffic stop north of New Orleans.
Prosecutors say deputies patted down Keys and felt a large, hard object in the pants area.
Deputies say Keys told them he was wearing a diaper and had something in it.
Keys now faces up to 40 years in prison, if convicted on drug charges.
