New Castle County Police have warrants to arrest John Hinkle, 18, of Elkton, MD. Police tell Action News that Hinkle has been linked to at least four residential burglaries in the areas around Brookside and Bear Delaware.
Hinkle may be driving a black or dark green colored Jeep Cherokee with a Maryland registration plate or a silver Dodge Intrepid with a Delaware license plate.
