The reward for information leading to an arrest in the shooting death of an aspiring teacher in Philadelphia is now $35,000. Beau Zabel moved from Austin, Minn., to Philadelphia in early May and was scheduled to start work in Philadelphia public schools July 1. The 23-year-old man was shot dead June 15 in an apparent robbery.

To be eligible for the $35,000 reward, informants must call the Citizens Crime Commission of the Delaware Valley at 215-546-TIPS. Callers will be given code numbers so they can collect rewards anonymously.

The reward increased to $35,000 on Friday, up from $20,000.
