Rendell had a friendly wager with Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer.
The govs agreed the losing team would provide a three-day vacation to someone from the winning state.
Of course, that's Pennsylvania after the Steelers' come-from-behind 27-23 victory over the Arizona Cardinals.
An online contest begins today to select the vacation winner.
Rendell says fans should write why they love the Steelers.
