Jason P. Indreland is suing Yellowstone County for $10 million in federal court.
He says jailers have ridiculed and punished him for his religious beliefs.
Indreland also charges members of the jail staff have taken away his religious medallion and denied access to a "Satanic Bible or Book of Satanic Rituals."
Indreland is serving a three-year sentence for felony drug possession.
