The accident blocked all westbound traffic on the highway between the Gladwyne and Conshohocken exits.
There's no word if the driver suffered any injuries.
The tractor trailer was leaking fuel onto the roadway. Workers were able to get the truck off the highway shortly before 12:30 p.m. The cleanup of the fuel spill lasted about another 15 minutes and traffic started moving westbound again around 12:45 p.m.
