The arsons he is charged with include a fire that caused about $100,000 worth of damage to a duplex in Coatesville on Dec. 14. Police say five adults and a 4-year-old child were in that building, but safely escaped.
The area 35 miles west of Philadelphia has been hit with more than sixty arsons in the last year. Police have made several arrests, including two last month, but the fires still have not completely stopped.
