Flight attendant "raps" instructions

March 16, 2009 1:30:18 PM PDT
Flight attendant David Holmes noticed people started dozing off when he would give the pre-flight safety instructions. So, he decided to add a beat to the routine.

That's how the "Rapping Flight Attendant" was born, with lyrics like:

"If you have a seat on a row with an exit
we're gonna talk to you so you might as well expect it.
You gotta help evacuate in case we need you.
If you don't wanna, then we're gonna re-seat you."

The rap is now a YouTube hit.

By the way, just so his routine doesn't get old, Holmes has three different versions of his rap.
