State police report a trooper noticed a plastic bag inside a sack of kibble.
Authorities say that plastic bag contained about 20 grams of crack cocaine.
The dog food was on the back seat of a car that had stopped on a ramp connecting the Massachusetts Turnpike and I-290.
Police busted brothers William and Joseph Martin on drug dealing charges.
Troopers add they made arrangements to care for the dog that was in the car, too.
