Authorities say Gary Mayo is the driver who crashed into the vehicles, when the pursuit came to an end near Independence Mall at 6th and Market.
It all began at about 2:30am along I-95. Police say Mayo also plowed into two gates at Lincoln Financial Field.
Officers were originally trying to stop the driver for a traffic violation, but say he took off instead.
