The banners at Citizens Bank Park say it all: WORLD SERIES CHAMPS Fans have been waiting for the boys of summer to get back to their home field.

"The winter was too long. I've been ready since October. Let's go Phillies! Get the season started. Why are you down in Florida? Come up here," Lou Walsh of Willow Grove, Pa. said.

"We're so excited about this game. It's preseason, but it's great we're here," Jim Brady of Bensalem, Pa. said.

Brian Huffman and his family traveled here from Lebanon in Western Pennsylvania. They're making a weekend of it and arrived at the Bank four hours before the first pitch.

"Very excited. First time to see them since they won the World Series last year. Hope we get a glimpse of some of the starters," Huffman said.

There is a lot excitement surrounding this team.

True, Cole Hamels has a sore elbow, but the nucleus is back and it's proven its mettle in the postseason.
