Electrical fire prompts evac in N. Philadelphia

NORTH PHILADELPHIA - April 22, 2009 The fire broke out around 7:30 this morning at the NPC Daycare center, located on the 2400 block N. 27th Street.

Smoke spread throughout the building, but everyone was able to get out safely.

There are no reported injuries.
