Police say a vehicle struck a 13-year -old girl then fled without stopping.
The girl was taken to Saint Mary Medical Center for observation.
The striking vehicle is described as a light brown Mercury Sable or Ford Taurus with Pennsylvania tags.
The second and third letters on the plate are ZP.
