The man who held up a bank Tuesday morning did it in plain view of a security camera. It happened at the TD Bank branch at 100 East Swedesford Road in Devon.

There, police say, the man entered the branch and pointed a black hand gun at the teller.

He demanded money be placed in a plastic bag that he had brought with him.

A red dye pack had been placed in the bag, and went off once he left the bank.

For that reason, police say the man may have red stains on his clothing or skin.

The man fled on foot.
