Police say 38-year-old Yaisha Hadley used the routing number from Fayette County's general fund account to pay $1,400 toward her cell phone, cable, electric and Sears bills.
County officials alerted police last year to the unauthorized expenditures, which occurred in September and October 2007. Police spent months determining the bills were in Hadley's name.
Hadley doesn't have a listed phone and online court records do not list an attorney for her. She waived the hearing Tuesday.
County and police officials have not said how Hadley obtained the bank account information.
