Gunman hits North Philadelphia bank

NORTH PHILADELPHIA - July 29, 2009 Police were alerted around 10:00 Wednesday morning to a bank robbery in progress on the 1500 block of North Broad Street.

When they arrived they were told that the gunman was given an undetermined amount of cash and he fled on Jefferson Street.

Luckily no one was injured.
