ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - August 5, 20009 The Atlantic City Hilton Casino Resort must pay $115,000 for
allowing a teenager to gamble to the point where he became a rated
player and was given a free hotel room.
The state Casino Control Commission Wednesday imposed the fine
after the casino did not contest the findings of state
investigators.
The Brooklyn, N.Y., man was 19 when he began to gamble in Jan.
2007 after giving a fake birth date.
The largest fine for underage patrons was paid last year by
Bally's Atlantic City, which was assessed $157,500.
