BRIDGEVILLE, Pa. - August 23, 2009 The LA Fitness center in Collier Township opened at 8 a.m.
Saturday. About 10 members were at the center when it opened, with
some describing themselves as Saturday morning regulars.
The health club will open to the general public Monday.
The health club has been closed since 48-year-old George Sodini
opened fire inside a classroom full of women on Aug. 4.
Sodini discussed his shooting plans on a Web site discovered
after his death. He wrote that he couldn't form relationships with
women.
