Jon recently told reporters he wanted to establish a friendship with his estranged wife.

Now http://radaronline.com reports that the father of eight allegedly withdrew $200,000 from a joint bank account.

Kate is reportedly prepared to file a court complaint today, demanding that the money be returned.
