Savings on furniture from hotels

But once you walk in the door, you'll start seeing the deals.

Like a leather loveseat and sofa, regularly priced at $2000, on sale for $1500. And a six-piece bedroom set that was originally priced at $1900, reduced to $1000.

As good as those deals are, though, it's the deals you'll find on the warehouse's upper floors that are really impressive. You'll have to sort through a lot of inventory, but you'll be rewarded with items like down comforters for $15 and more.

Lee Bordner of Hotel Furniture Liquidators explains, "The first floor is primarily new furniture, discounted furniture. The second floor is all hotel furniture, which is all used furniture out of hotels. And our third floor is our discount floor and it's a combination of the hotel furniture and the new furniture."

Bordner says most upscale hotels change their décor every seven to eight years. What they don't use anymore ends up here.

There are literally hundreds of framed pictures and mirrors for $25 to $100, 27-inch televisions are $75, end tables are just $40. There are headboards, desks and chairs galore.

An armoire with room for television and six drawers is priced at $175. They also have refrigerators and stoves, area rugs, and dining tables. And whether they're floor samples from furniture stores or used items from hotels, the prices are deeply discounted.

Plus, the store takes credit cards and has home delivery and layaway. To find out more about Hotel Furniture Liquidators, check out their website.
