There's a penguin population boom at SeaWorld in San Diego.

Park officials report nearly two dozen penguin chicks have been hatched since the middle of November.

They represent three different species.

More than 500 penguin chicks have been hatched at SeaWorld since 1980.

Unfortunately for the young fans of "Happy Feet," none of the penguins are of the singing and dancing variety.
