SEAFORD, Del. - March 17, 2010

Police say the three suffered breathing trouble, heart palpitations and vomiting. Police say a 24-year-old man, a 22-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman were taken Saturday night to Nanticoke Memorial Hospital. Two were treated and released; the 22-year-old man was admitted.

Police say the substance is often sold as JWH-018 or K2 and is marketed as natural incense but is laced with a synthetic marijuana compound.
