Flames broke out around 11:45 on the 1300 block of North Etting Street in the Brewerytown section of Philadelphia.
The fire started inside a 2-story vacant row house located in the middle of the block. Flames spread to a neighboring, occupied home. Everyone was able to get out of the home. Luckily, there were no injuries.
Firefighters were able to get the blaze under control at 12:28 a.m.
Police are investigating.
