The employees of Temple University Hospital ratified separate contracts Wednesday that will give them 7.5 percent raises over three years, plus an $800 signing bonus.
About 1,500 members of the Pennsylvania Association of Staff Nurses and Allied Professionals had been on strike since March 31.
The hospital withdrew a proposed rule against publicly criticizing the facility or its managers. Nurses had said the "gag clause" would silence their voices as patient advocates.
The hospital also agreed to restore a tuition perk for employees' children, though at a lower level.
Employees will return to work Friday evening. The new deals expire in September 2013.
