The shooting happened late Monday afternoon along Jessup Street between 24th and 25th streets.
Both victims were rushed to Christiana Hospital for treatment.
One victim is a 21-year-old man. Police are withholding information on the second victim.
Officers have made an arrest. We're told they caught a suspect within minutes of the shooting.
At this point the vehicle is described only as a small grey SUV.
