Police say a 21-year-old man suffered life-threatening injuries when he was struck in the head about 3:30 a.m. Sunday. Authorities say a 22-year-old man was struck in the face, suffering an eye injury.
Police spokesman Cpl. Jeff Whitmarsh says the 21-year-old was taken to Kent General Hospital.
Authorities say 19-year-old Dakota Hall of Felton is facing first-degree assault and other charges and was being held at the Vaughn Correctional Center in lieu of a $21,500 bond.
