Police in Norton Shores, Michigan, say the woman asked the men to turn away while she tended to her business.
But when the guys turned around, police she smacked them both with a fish.
One man was hit in the head, the other got a fish in the kisser.
The fish-flinging female was apparently upset about the men fishing too close to her spot.
Police Lieutenant Jon Gale tells a local paper the men have declined to press charges.
