RIVERSIDE, N.J. - January 22, 2011

Throughout the region, folks are bundled up braving the cold, and not particularly enjoying it.

"I can't stand the cold. I can't run in it. It's freezing. I'm tired of it. I'm ready for the spring," said Sue Dmochowski.

"I can't move. I can't go no place. It's so cold, especially when you get old, you know?" said Enricketta Greco.

Ayoola Toyer was traveling from South Philadelphia to King of Prussia for job at the mall.

"I'm actually okay with the layers, but I can still feel it through the three or four layers," said Ayoola Toyer.

"I have on long johns, two sweaters, two scarves, and a blanket," said Renee Stokes.

"We'll go home and get a hot cup of coffee," said Joanne Canduci.

This is the first weekend the Girl Scouts are out selling cookies, and the temperature is enough to test the resolve of any scout.

"Well, we keep going inside, and we have hot chocolate," said Michelle Convery.

In Center City, one vendor was comfortable in front of a sizzling grill, but says when it's this cold, his business suffers.

"It's too cold outside that's why a lot of people go to restaurants," said Sana Ullah. "So, yeah business is a little bit off."

While there isn't much wind, it is still pretty cold out, and folks are doing the best they can to cope.
