It has expanded the nicotine replacement program.
Any smoker in New Jersey over the age of 18 can get an 8-week supply of nicotine patches or gum by enrolling with the New Jersey Quitline at 1-866-NJSTOPS.
That's 1-866-657-8677.
In addition to the free nicotine replacement, smokers will get the support of the Quitline, which increases the chance of success.
The patches and gum will be available through July 1st, or while supplies last.
