The Pocono Record reports investigators raided the East Stroudsburg home Michael Stanley shared with his sister, Shameka, early Wednesday.
According to police a search of the home turned up marijuana packaged for distribution under the pillow in the bedroom of Stanley's 5-year-old niece.
The siblings, both 25, face charges including endangering the welfare of a child and drug possession. Michael Stanley is also charged with possession with intent to deliver.
Michael Stanley had been on parole for an arrest last year and is being held at the Monroe County Correctional Facility. It was not immediately clear if he had an attorney.
