The shooting occurred near the intersection of Broad and Brown Streets at 2:00 Wednesday morning.
Police say a 34-year-old man died after being shot once in the head and three times in the chest.
A 24-year-old man was dropped off at Temple University Hospital with a bullet wound in his leg. He is currently in stable condition.
Police say they are looking for four men who drove off in a 2011 White Dodge Charger.
Officials have not released the identity of either victim, but say that the man who was killed had 16 prior arrests.
