The accident happened around 1:40 a.m. on the 1600 block of North Main Street in Monroe Township.
The impact of the crash caused the victim to hit another vehicle, run over several mailboxes, and land on the lawn of a nearby resident.
Firefighters were able to free the man from his SUV.
Medics transported him to Cooper University Hospital, where he is in serious condition.
