The Erie Times-News reports more than a dozen squash, some weighing nearly 90 pounds, have been taken from the Elk County garden of Kenneth Eugene Patterson.
Police say four Hubbard squash weighing between 70 and 90 pounds have been taken.
The Erie Times-News report says about a dozen other, smaller squash have also been taken from the 70-year-old Spring Creek Township man's garden.
State police in Ridgway are investigating.
