It happened around 12:00 p.m inside the Delaware County hospital.
Police tell Action News that two women visitors were inside the room of a patient who is recovering from a gunshot wound.
Then, police say, two other pregnant women walked into the room to visit the same patient.
An altercation ensues and at least one of the pregnant women took out a box cutter and started slashing the two original visitors.
Police arrived and took the two pregnant women into custody.
The other two are being treated for their wounds.
