Flames broke out around 4:15 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of 30th and Thompson streets.
Heavy fire was showing when firefighters arrived. They were able to quickly get the fire under control.
The building was the scene of a fire earlier in the year and was boarded up. Officials are looking to see if squatters inside may have set trash on fire, causing the blaze.
No injuries have been reported.
