The accident happened around 4:30 p.m. at Vauclain and Kossuth avenues in Woodlyn, Pennsylvania.
Initial reports are an SUV and a sedan collided at that intersection with the SUV coming to rest overturned.
Neighbors rushed to aid the female driver in the overturned SUV until an ambulance arrived.
She was transported to nearby Crozer-Chester Medical Center for treatment.
Her injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
The driver of the other vehicle did not require medical attention.
