Folcroft police say 23-year-old Ray Woods had more than 80 small baggies of drugs in a larger bag hidden in his pants during a traffic stop last week.
The Delaware County Daily Times reports Woods was searched at the station after an officer said he saw a vial of suspected marijuana on his seat and another at his feet during a routine traffic stop Friday night.
Woods faces charges including drug possession and possession with intent to distribute. He was released on bail Monday and faces a preliminary hearing Wednesday.
Online court records don't list an attorney for woods. A phone listing for him could not be located.
