It happened around 10:40 Friday morning on the 1300 block of West 9th Street.
Arriving officers found two men - both in their 20s - suffering gunshot wounds. One victim was shot in the foot, another in the hand.
Both victims were taken to Crozier-Chester Medical Center in stable condition.
Witnesses told police they saw two men running from the area after the shooting.
