Two people were ejected from an SUV after it struck a median and rolled over several times in Elsmere
.The accident happened on the westbound Kirkwood Highway, around 1:10 a.m. Saturday morning.
Police say the SUV was traveling on the highway at a high rate of speed when the vehicle careened out of control.
The incident was witnessed by a on duty Delaware State Trooper.
The injured are the driver and a passenger, according to investigators. Both are reported to be in critical condition at Christiana Hospital.
