74-year-old Raymond Foley has not been heard from since 3:30 p.m. Monday when he contacted a medical facility requesting directions.
His wife is at the facility.
Police say Foley is oxygen dependant and it is unknown if he has a supply of oxygen with him.
Foley is possibly driving his 2005 Dodge Caravan Cargo Van, Pennsylvania plates DTH0138. (Photo is of similar vehicle)
The vehicle is not at his residence and neighbors have not seen it since yesterday.
