Four charged in Delaware drug bust (PHOTOS)

Acting on a tip, members of the New Castle County Drug Control Squad raided a home Friday in the unit block of Simonds Drive.

Detectives arrested Jonathan Morgan, 44, Marshall Washington, 23, and Marquis Washington, 21, all of whom live at the home; and Glen Woodward, 62 of the unit block of Treelane Terrace in New Castle.

Police say they found 14 bags of heroin on Morgan. He was charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arraigned and released on $4,500 unsecured bond.

Detectives say they found a hypodermic needle on Woodward and two bags of heroin in his wallet. He was charged with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arraigned and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institute after failing to post $1,400 cash bail.

Police say Marshall Washington was in possession of $900 of suspected drug money and a $100 counterfeit bill. He was charged with forgery in the first degree (possession of a counterfeit bill). He was arraigned and released on $2,000 unsecured bond.

Police say they found $370 in suspected drug money plus marijuana in Marquis Washington's sweat pants in his bedroom. He was charged with possession of marijuana and released.
