The crash happened shortly before 10:00 a.m. Wednesday in the southbound lanes near Route 70.
Rescuers say they arrived to find the car partially underneath the truck.
Both vehicles were in the median strip, with the car up against a guard rail.
A tow truck equipped with a crane lifted the car out and placed it on the bed.
Despite the damage to the vehicle, no serious injuries have been reported from the scene.
