The fire was discovered burning around 6:30 a.m. along Williamstown Road.
The New Jersey Forest Fire Service says the brush fire is about 60-percent contained right now, and if the weather conditions remain the same, they expect it to be 100-percent contained around noon.
The fire is expected to burn about 15 acres by the time its out.
Crews did an airplane water drop earlier this morning and now have a helicopter being used to guide firefighters.
The fire is not threatening any structures at this time.
No injuries have been reported.
