This one has to do with cats.
A couple in the Durango, Colorado area has given up their fight to keep a 13-foot escape route for their cats outside their apartment.
Martha Spence says her hubby built the catwalk from a window to a nearby tree to let their two felines leave their second-floor unit whenever they wanted.
But a local newspaper reports they agreed to take it down last week at the request of the development's homeowners association.
Neighbors objected to the look of the catwalk - and were worried that children might decide to use it.
